We went 24 hours between poops thanks to the sweet potato, and the next one was mushy but not diarrhea. I stopped by the vet's to pick up another 7 days of Fortiflora (probiotic). We practiced getting onto the scale: 44 pounds. I asked the tech to come out and say hello. Terra startled slightly when the tech appeared from around the counter, but then she got up and approached. She licked the tech's neck and put her front paws in her lap. Another successful meeting with a new person, but I need to make sure that she's not just meeting white ladies (which is the majority of my friend group).
We drove to Sherry's to get Terra comfortable with her place. My dogs will be staying there while I'm at a wedding this weekend. Sherry has a huge, beautiful grass field for the dogs to play in. I let Chimera, Terra, and the Welshie out to sniff around. Sherry came over and Terra said hello. Then one by one, we brought out a few mellow dogs that were boarding with Sherry. Terra was curious and approached all of them to sniff their butts. She moved away when they turned toward her. After the initial sniffing, they all ignored each other and wandered around doing their own thing. Terra did some adorable awkward running. I really wish that I'd brought my fancy camera.
